The concept of ‘empathy’ has played a huge role in my life ever since somebody told me that I am recognizably an empath. I hadn’t realized that of the Meyer Brigg’s personalities, INFJs are literally coined ‘the empath’. And because this trait is complex, people don’t take the time to explore what it’s really like to be one.
